We are looking for a strategic Technical Recruiter to join OpusClip, the world's No.1 AI video agent. This role will drive talent acquisition across technical organizations, influencing hiring strategy and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute end-to-end recruiting for technical roles from individual contributors to senior executives
- →Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates in specialized technical domains
- →Use talent metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency
- →Design and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect organizational values
- →Close candidates at all levels through strategic offer negotiation and relationship building
- →Partner with hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
- →Lead change management initiatives to evolve recruiting processes
- →Influence hiring decisions through strategic workforce planning and market intelligence
- →Coach hiring managers on effective candidate assessment and interviewing
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record of hiring ICs to executives
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through strategic recruiting
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience establishing metrics and presenting insights
- ✓Excellence in stakeholder management across technical and executive leadership
- ✓Deep understanding of technical roles with ability to source and evaluate candidates
- ✓Track record of building recruiting systems or implementing significant initiatives
- ✓Experience coaching hiring managers on recruiting best practices
- ✓Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
