The Role We’re looking for a Senior Project & Product Manager to: Lead a multi year strategic project for Orasio for the Ministry of Interior of a major European country: Rollout progressively the existing solution at scale. Enrich existing solution by integrating key capabilities from Orasio’s software, Citadel, aligned with field requirements. Lead all aspects, including legal, invoicing, or communication. Drive the evolution of our product, shaping intuitive and high-performance user experiences for professionals in public safety and defense. As the first Product Manager to join the team, and leveraging your frequent direct interactions with end users (primarily investigators for the project you will lead, but not exclusively), you will drive the product’s evolution hand in hand with the CEO and all Orasio teams. This role, with a direct reporting to the CEO, sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, combining hands-on project leadership on a highly strategic initiative for Orasio with product thinking, defining how advanced AI capabilities translate into meaningful features for our users and Orasio’s strategy. Responsibilities Project Management: Define, structure, and continuously refine the deployment roadmap for a large-scale, high-stakes project Lead all aspects, including legal, invoicing, or communication, in a public institution context  Translate complex engineering approaches into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional efforts, proactively identify dependencies and risks, escalate challenges, and drive their resolution in coordination with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure successful delivery in environments with strong operational and regulatory constraints Product Management: Collaborate closely with customers, designers, engineers, and domain experts to define and build experiences that solve real problems  Translate complex operational needs into intuitive user experiences Contribute to the design of AI-powered features, ensuring they are usable, reliable, and aligned with real-world constraints Prioritize the product roadmap, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and Orasio’s strategic objectives, to address multi vertical needs and scale for infrastructures from hundreds of cameras to thousands of cameras connected while keeping simple solutions. Ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards (e.g., GDPR, AI act) in all decisions Ideal Profile 5+ years experience, including: 2+ years experience in project management leading complex project, ideally with public institutions 3+ years experience as a Product Manager or Software Engineer Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments. Fluency in French and English.
