🚀 We’re on a mission to make real estate transactions smarter, faster, and friction-free.
🏢 Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet the legal processes and tools behind it remain slow, manual, and underinvested. Lawyers must review dense documents line by line and piece together information across silos, all while clients demand faster, more transparent due diligence.
🤖 That's where we come in. Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision.
💰 We’ve just raised a $60m Series B to accelerate our UK/US expansion.
🤝 We're trusted by leading firms like Goodwin and BCLP to remove the busywork so legal teams can focus on what they do best: applying sharp legal judgment, delivering standout client service, and getting deals over the line faster.
💡 Working at Orbital means joining a team that's reimagining how real estate transactions get done - moving fast, working collaboratively, and giving people the ownership to make a real impact from day one.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring our first US-based Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market execution, product positioning, and adoption in the US: our largest and fastest-growing market. You’ll take Orbital’s global positioning and competitive narrative and translate it into the messages, materials, and campaigns that accelerate pipeline, win deals, and grow accounts.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager in the UK, who owns global strategy. Your job is to be the best possible expression of that strategy in the US market—with real ownership over how it lands.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Own the US expression of Orbital’s positioning, adapting global messaging frameworks for US buyer personas, verticals, and competitive dynamics
- GTM Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated US GTM campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation and Content colleagues, tailoring global themes for the US audience and competitive landscape
- Launch Execution: Co-ordinate US product launch execution, including timelines, channel strategy, messaging for campaigns, product pages, and email sequences (translating from global launch narratives, where appropriate)
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain US-focused competitive content, including battlecards, competitor comparisons, objection handling guides, and one-pagers—as source material that the Sales Enablement team can translate into training and learning materials
- Customer Advocacy: Translate customer success stories into compelling, field-ready case studies, proof points, and sales materials that reinforce Orbital’s positioning in the US market
- Adoption & Expansion: Contribute to post-sale adoption across the US customer base: in-app messaging, customer marketing, expansion campaigns, and upsell motions
- Field Feedback Loop: Sit in on US sales calls, debrief reps after losses, and feed US field insights back to the UK Lead to inform global positioning and competitive intelligence
WHAT YOU WON’T OWN
- Global positioning, competitive strategy, and buyer research: these sit with our UK-based, Senior Product Marketing Manager. You’ll receive that strategic context and adapt it for the US market.
- Sales enablement delivery and training: you’ll work closely with dedicated Sales Enablement who own rep onboarding, training sessions, and translating your content into learning materials.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- US Sales (AEs, BDRs): daily collaboration, field intelligence, deal support, feedback loops
- Orbital’s LSA Team: (all ex-real estate attorneys) and our subject matter experts
- Sales Enablement: you provide the content and expertise; they deliver training and rep readiness for the US team
- US Customer Success: customer stories from the US market
- UK PMM: receive global strategic positioning, feed back US field intelligence
- Marketing: campaign coordination and execution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing or a closely related GTM role
- Strong commercial instincts: you’re energised by winning deals and arming sales teams to succeed
- Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content: battlecards, competitive analyses, positioning documents, and one-pagers
- Experience coordinating product launches end-to-end
- Excellent project management skills: you thrive in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong copywriting and the ability to translate complex products (AI, legaltech) into clear, compelling language
- Experience in regulated or complex industries (e.g. legal, finance, professional services) is a plus
- Understanding of the US B2B buying landscape: you know how US enterprise and mid-market buyers evaluate and purchase software
- Comfort working in a distributed team across time zones, particularly collaborating with UK-based colleagues
- Competitive salary
- 401k match and equity options in a fast-growing start-up.
- 20 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Professional equipment and personal development budget along with training opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
- Commuter benefits.
- An inclusive community enjoying all-company off-sites, lunches and socials.
