About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Orchard Robotics, a Series A startup building AI-powered camera systems for fruit & nut farmers. This role involves ensuring high-quality training, deployment, and implementation of our technology across farms, helping customers achieve success with our cutting-edge ag-tech.

Key Responsibilities

→Have significant ownership over customer support, addressing issues and solving problems daily
→Own new farm onboarding, deployment, and implementation
→Execute and build on customer training procedures
→Develop strong relationships with internal teams and service partners
→Host regular check-ins to ensure customer success with our product

Requirements

✓Outstanding, customer-centric communication skills
✓Prior experience in agriculture and agtech with deep understanding of farmer operations
✓Resilient, innovative problem-solver who delivers results under ambiguous challenges
✓Exceptional organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
✓Ability to communicate technology topics effectively
✓Comfortable with frequent travel to customer farms
✓Experience with ERP systems and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
✓Ability to coordinate across various stakeholders in large organizations
