Key Responsibilities
- →Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for sports-related applications and platforms.
- →Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
- →Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, wireframes, and documentation.
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- →Support data analysis activities to derive insights for performance improvement and product enhancement.
- →Coordinate with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
- →Assist in validating deliverables through UAT support and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- →Ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards relevant to sports platforms.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- ✓Experience working in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment domain preferred.
- ✓Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- ✓Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ✓Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- ✓Basic understanding of sports data systems, ticketing platforms, CRMs, or analytics tools.
- ✓Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✓Exposure to APIs and data-driven applications is an added advantage.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
