About the Role
We are looking for a Devops Manager to join Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm. This role involves leading and managing a global deployment engineering organization, defining strategic roadmaps, and driving technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage a global deployment engineering organization of 100+ resources across multiple shifts
- →Define and execute the strategic roadmap for deployment engineering with automation-first principles
- →Partner with senior leadership, cloud operations, and DevOps teams to align deployment strategies
- →Oversee deployments across Microsoft Azure regional clouds and country-specific environments
- →Ensure robust tracking, monitoring, and incident response for deployment pipelines
- →Drive adoption of Terraform, Azure-native services, and CI/CD pipelines
- →Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global engineering team
- →Define policies and frameworks for secure, compliant, and auditable deployments
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading and managing deployment engineering organizations
- ✓Strong understanding of automation-first principles and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Proficiency with Terraform and Azure-native services
- ✓Experience with workload management, performance monitoring, and shift coverage planning
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
