About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in the digital sector and a strong focus on self-service physical products (kiosks) to join our e-commerce team at a growing airline.

Key Responsibilities

→Be the owner of the kiosk channel within the airline's e-commerce ecosystem.
→Identify, propose, and prioritize new business opportunities that generate value, based on data and user feedback.
→Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
→Work closely with development, design, and stakeholder teams to bring initiatives to production.
→Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retro).
→Use tools like Jira, Confluence, New Relic, FullStory, and others to manage the product lifecycle and improve user experience.
→Monitor key metrics to evaluate channel performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements

✓Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in digital products.
✓University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
✓Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
✓Knowledge and handling of tools such as Jira, Confluence, New Relic, FullStory, or similar.
✓Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret data and use it as a basis for decision-making.
✓Proactivity, strategic thinking, and result orientation.
✓Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple teams and business areas.
✓Advanced English
