About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner with digital sector experience and a strong focus on self-service physical products (kiosks) to join our e-commerce team at a growing airline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the kiosk channel within the airline's e-commerce ecosystem.
- →Identify, propose, and prioritize new business opportunities that generate value, based on data and user feedback.
- →Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- →Collaborate with development, design, and stakeholder teams to bring initiatives to production.
- →Participate actively in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- →Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, New Relic, and FullStory to manage the product lifecycle and enhance user experience.
- →Monitor key metrics to evaluate channel performance and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in digital products.
- ✓University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- ✓Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- ✓Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, New Relic, FullStory, or similar.
- ✓Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret data and use it as a basis for decision-making.
- ✓Proactiveness, strategic thinking, and result orientation.
- ✓Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple teams and business areas.
- ✓Advanced English proficiency.
