About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive the evolution of our infrastructure. This role involves maintaining Terraform modules, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing Kubernetes management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and evolve Terraform modules across core services.
- →Enhance GitHub Actions and GitLab CI pipelines with policy-as-code integrations.
- →Automate Kubernetes secret management and migrate from shared init containers to native methods.
- →Review and deploy Helm charts for service releases, ensuring rollback reliability.
- →Track and resolve environment drift, and automate consistency checks between environments.
- →Drive incident response tooling (Datadog + PagerDuty) and participate in post-incident reviews.
- →Assist in cost-optimization efforts through resource sizing reviews.
- →Implement and monitor standardized SLA/SLO targets for key services.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
- ✓Deep technical knowledge of Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and infrastructure module design.
- ✓Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters (preferably on GKE).
- ✓Expertise in CI/CD automation tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm-based deployments.
- ✓Proficiency in securing cloud-native environments and working with secret management solutions (e.g., Google Secret Manager or HashiCorp Vault).
- ✓Hands-on experience in observability tooling, such as Datadog.
- ✓Familiarity with GCP networking, service configurations, and container workload security.
- ✓Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives, work cross-functionally, and manage infrastructure roadmaps.
