About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management Manager to join Oscar Health's Project Management & Strategic Initiatives team. This role involves leading program implementation goals and driving strategic improvements for core operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Organize and lead daily activities for programs, translating strategy into actionable plans
→Identify, develop, and implement program strategy, optimizations, and tooling
→Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals, guiding decisions and creating recommendations
→Oversee implementations end to end to ensure program success, including guiding the development of KPIs and reporting
→Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational excellence
→Analyze program risks, anticipate issues, and manage escalations
→Ensure proper controls and monitoring are in place for programs
→Work with leadership and stakeholders to lead program retrospectives
→Ensure proper metrics are in place to measure program success
→Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
