About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join Oscar Health's AI team. This senior role involves defining and driving complex product initiatives with strategic impact across the organization, focusing on AI research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for tech components, workflows, and insights that leverage AI
- →Partner with stakeholders across the business to define strategy and roadmap
- →Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on resource trade-offs
- →Provide recommendations for product enhancements and new product development
- →Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓1+ years of experience in AI or healthcare setting
- ✓Experience building a net new product from 0-1
- ✓Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- ✓Excellent communication and structured thinking abilities
- ✓Experience influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels
