About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our presales organization at Oscilar. This role will serve as the technical resource working with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of our AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform to customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Become an expert on Oscilar product offerings
→Build trust with potential customers by demonstrating how Oscilar works and solves common issues
→Conduct discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concept implementations
→Act as the liaison between Oscilar’s product and sales teams, passing along customer feedback

Requirements

✓BS degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline
✓Minimum of 4 years experience working with customers in a solutions engineer, customer success, or customer/product support capacity
✓The ability to influence stakeholders based on technical sales acumen and a solid understanding of business processes
✓Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
