About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer for the Membership squad at Oura, a company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives. This role involves building best-in-class web applications and services that are reliable, performant, scalable, and will reach customers in 100+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork closely with Membership Product Manager to scope, design, and implement new products and features that work at scale and across browsers
- βDemonstrate solid understanding of best practices and up-to-date knowledge in software engineering
- βWrite testable and well-documented frontend code
- βBe comfortable working with a distributed, diverse, and talented group of team members
Requirements
- β4+ years of practical development experience, preferably some of it in full-stack capacity
- βSolid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and can write high-quality code with automated tests
- βFamiliarity with modern front-end frameworks, such as React, and modern state management
- βFamiliarity with Node, Express, GraphQL
- βFamiliarity with AWS, CDK
- βKeen eye for detail, delivering thought-out and well-functioning product features
- βA pragmatic entrepreneurial attitude and delivery-focused mindset
- βTeam-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a diverse environment with distributed teams
- βAffinity for automating busywork and fixing problems at the root
- βExperience running, monitoring, and debugging production systems at scale on AWS a plus
