About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and commercially-minded Lead, Product Marketing Manager to lead Oura for Organizations end-to-end B2B product marketing strategy. This role focuses on defining how our commercial products are positioned and differentiated in the market across various sectors including employers, health plans, digital health providers, government/human performance, and research partners.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine and own value propositions, positioning, and messaging hierarchies for Oura's commercial offerings
- βBuild and maintain persona and ICP definitions for commercial buyers and key stakeholders
- βTranslate complex enterprise capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with regulated and enterprise buyers
- βLead GTM strategy and launch planning for commercial motions
- βDevelop Product Marketing Guides (PMGs) and launch playbooks
- βOwn product positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof points that power commercial sales materials
- βDrive a continuous voice-of-customer program across commercial verticals
- βDefine PMM success metrics for each launch
- βServe as the single B2B PMM point of contact for the Commercial organization
Requirements
- β10-12 years of product marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in B2B or enterprise contexts
- βExperience building B2B marketing infrastructure from the ground up
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills
- βHealthcare or payer experience is strongly preferred
- βMulti-vertical fluency across employer wellness, government/human performance, research, and digital health partnerships
- βProven GTM ownership with end-to-end product launch experience
- βStrong storytelling instincts
