The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the Head of GTM FP&A and will partner with the international go to market functions. Youβll play an integral role building and evolving channel level reporting, influencing our channel evolution strategy, and working cross functionally to create leverage across the GTM team.

What You will do:
β’ This role will be a key stakeholder to the international GTM team, providing insights and analysis regarding new channel and geo opportunities, growth expectations and profitability targets, and reporting insights
β’ You will work closely with the head of international retail to build the growth expectations and resource requirements for new markets
β’ You will influence channel evolution and development in new markets by partnering with GTM leadership and maintaining and evolving Country P&L reporting
β’ You will partner with international GTM stakeholders to create a framework for evaluating ROI in new markets
β’ You will be responsible for working within the GTM FP&A team to properly forecast + model revenue opportunity within international markets
β’ You will work within the GTM FP&A team to support business case development across the international GTM organization and enhance planning and budget adherence for business opportunities
β’ You will partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports that allow for more streamlined forecasting, accurate reporting, and better insight internationally; contribute to system enhancements or new system implementations
β’ You will prepare presentations and key reporting (key metrics for the executive team, monthly business reviews, Quarterly Business Review documents) and other insights partnering with the FP&A and broader GTM teams
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
β’ 8+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A experience is a plus
β’ Experience managing and motivating employees and fostering their growth and development
β’ Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy
β’ Financial experience should include general knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and accrual accounting, full P&L familiarity, and budget management exposure
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred
β’ Strong proficiency working in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
β’ Desire to succeed in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment: intellectual curiosity, proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity
