About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Software PMO at Oura. This role will help bring the best software experience to Oura members and partners by collaborating with product managers, scientists, designers, and software developers.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive end-to-end program management activities across software engineering, product, science, and design for new AI-driven features
- βAct as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Design, Science, and QA teams
- βWork with stakeholders to plan and facilitate major software feature launches
- βProvide regular updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies
- βFoster a collaborative working environment with open communication
Requirements
- β6-10 years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC
- βDemonstrated ability to assess and provide technical guidance for mobile and embedded software
- βAbility to grasp and bind holistic architecture across different contexts
- βExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- βExpert-level proficiency with program management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and SmartSheet
- βProactive, strategic, and results-oriented self-starter
- βProven track record of successfully shipping innovative products with significant sensing components
