Outset is backed by top Silicon Valley investors and raised a $30M Series B in December 2025—less than six months after our Series A—led by Radical Ventures with participation from M12 (Microsoft’s venture arm), 8VC, Y Combinator, and Adverb Ventures. The raise follows a breakout year, with our business growing 8x as enterprise customers across industries adopt our category, AI‑moderated research, as the new standard for understanding people. We’re a tight-knit team of 40 based in San Francisco’s Financial District, serving some of the world’s largest enterprises As our first dedicated GTM Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process for go-to-market roles — from building talent pipelines and shaping role definitions to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments. Responsibilities - Partner with the leadership team to define hiring needs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. - Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates. - Source and engage passive talent through creative, data-driven outreach strategies. - Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency as the team grows. - Collaborate with hiring managers on structured interview design and candidate assessment frameworks. - Act as a true talent advisor—providing market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring strategy recommendations. - Help shape and nurture our employer brand through thoughtful candidate communication and storytelling. Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in a startup or high-growth environment. - Deep familiarity with early-stage hiring challenges and a bias toward action and creativity. - Proven ability to manage multiple searches across different functions with shifting priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable influencing hiring managers and executives. - Experience with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter). - Passionate about people, culture, and building great teams from the ground up. - Knowledge of sales compensation structures.
