About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Ovoko, a fast-growing e-commerce startup in Europe. You will play a pivotal role in defining, creating, and improving products that our users rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the roadmap: Fully own the outcomes of the product(s) that you and your team are working on.
- βLead discovery: Spend significant time with users to identify pain points and opportunities.
- βTranslate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases and requirements.
- βExecute: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, and support to deliver high-quality features on time.
- βMeasure impact: Define and track KPIs like product adoption and system performance.
- βAct as the bridge: Align internal teams including Engineering, Sales, Support, and Account Management.
- βChampion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience.
Requirements
- β3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace or workflow management software products.
- βStrong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to work with real users.
- βStructured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear steps.
- βStrong technical insight to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
- βAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- βData-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
- βExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
