About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead all restaurant-facing product teams at Owner.com. This role involves setting a unified strategy that drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and best-in-class guest experiences for thousands of restaurants and millions of diners.

Requirements
- ✓10+ years of Product Management Experience with 3+ years leading product managers or product teams.
- ✓Director-level product leadership with a track record of setting vision, driving outcomes, and scaling healthy teams.
- ✓Ability to get things done at scale with repeated examples of shipping high-quality products.
- ✓Excellent product sense with a high bar for usability, performance, and accessibility.
- ✓Deep customer empathy with strong qualitative research chops.
- ✓Strong data fluency with the ability to define clear KPIs and integrate quantitative and qualitative signals.
- ✓Clear, structured communication that drives alignment across levels and functions.
- ✓Technical depth to engage on architecture, integrations, reliability, and constraints.
- ✓Experience in restaurant or retail operations, including mission-critical, in-store workflows.
- ✓Familiarity with POS ecosystems, hardware-plus-software products, or offline-tolerant systems.
- ✓Background in payments or fintech, including onboarding, reconciliation, disputes, or financial reporting.
