About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at Owner.com, the AI growth system for local restaurants. This role is critical in keeping our internal systems running smoothly as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

→Support and unblock internal customers
→Build scalable and efficient systems
→Ensure processes are mature, well documented and easy to use
→Help Owner effectively manage its fleet of devices
→Collaborate and support every team across Owner
→Work alongside Security and Platform teams to best support internal customers

Requirements

✓2+ Years providing internal customer support
✓Excellent troubleshooting skills
✓Outstanding soft skills / customer service capabilities
✓Driven growth mindset
✓Experience with Okta, AWS, Slack, Notion, Google, and other flagship SaaS products
✓Experience implementing and managing MDM solutions
