About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oxylabs. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Solve customer queries via live chat and email
- →Ensure excellent customer experience
- →Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information
- →Interpret and finetune the customer success process & performance
- →Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic
- →Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in English and Lithuanian
- ✓Ability to work full-time during the night shift (1:00 AM - 9:00 AM) in a hybrid working model
- ✓Energy to move mountains together with your team
