About the Role
We are looking for a Business Change Specialist to join our Major Programme Services (MPS) team. This role focuses on supporting digital transformation programmes within the Defence sector, working with multiple stakeholders to implement business change activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain business change plans to support digital Defence transformation programmes
- →Update change management strategies to reflect programme reality and operational need
- →Conduct business change assessments across Defence Lines of Development (DLoDs)
- →Use visualisation tools to present the impact of changes to stakeholders
- →Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners
- →Facilitate workshops and events to inspire individuals and teams
- →Develop change-themed communication messages for various channels
- →Foster strong long-term client relationships
- →Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience working on digital transformation programmes within the Defence sector
- ✓Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ✓Ability to conduct change maturity assessments and adoption analysis reviews
- ✓Experience with visualisation tools and change management strategies
- ✓Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering successful outcomes
- ✓Understanding of Defence Lines of Development (DLoDs)
