About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital & Data team at PA Consulting. This role involves working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and user value, combining hands-on product delivery with strategic product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop product visions, strategies, and roadmaps grounded in user needs, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
- βLead or support backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and feature definition.
- βUse product thinking to shape direction even when not managing a backlog directly.
- βConduct or interpret research to validate assumptions and inform direction.
- βCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to make decisions and move work forward.
- βDefine, track, and communicate product KPIs and success measures.
- βUse AI tooling (e.g., Copilot, Miro, ChatGPT, Claude, agentic workflows, and other generative tooling) to accelerate ideation, synthesis, prioritization, and reporting.
- βFacilitate workshops and alignment sessions that help clients understand trade-offs and make confident decisions.
- βProduce clear, compelling communication material β from executive reports to delivery updates.
Requirements
- βExperience in product management, with a focus on strategy and delivery.
- βStrong understanding of user needs and commercial value.
- βAbility to work with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
- βProficiency in AI tooling such as Copilot, Miro, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- βExperience in facilitating workshops and alignment sessions.
- βExcellent communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling reports and updates.
