Requirements
- ✓Experience with agile best practices
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Miro, ChatGPT, and Claude
- ✓Ability to conduct research, synthesis, mapping, modelling, and prototyping
- ✓Experience with interviews, workshops, and desk research
- ✓Ability to turn complexity into clear insights and practical opportunities
- ✓Experience with testing concepts through lightweight pilots, simulations, or behavioral experiments
- ✓Ability to present implications and recommendations in straightforward, actionable terms for senior stakeholders
