We are looking for someone to start their journey in customer support at Paddle. This role involves working with buyers from software companies using our platform, offering top-notch support, processing transactions, refunds, and subscription cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
- βRespond to and resolve queries from customers via email
- βEscalate complex queries to appropriate internal channels
- βImprove knowledge of Paddle products to handle advanced queries
- βCollect feedback, report issues, and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- β0-2 years experience in customer support or customer-centric role
- βProficient English speaker
- βAbility to work remotely and communicate with teams across different time zones
- βStrong sense of empathy and passion for customer support
