About the Role
PadSplit is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Supply Growth pod within the Marketplace team. This role will define and execute a product roadmap to accelerate new property activations and drive scalable supply growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Growth domain
- →Communicate roadmap priorities and progress to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
- →Partner with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support to scope, build, and launch initiatives
- →Balance short-term activation wins with long-term platform investments
- →Conduct user interviews and research to validate hypotheses
- →Lead sprint rituals including stand-ups, planning, and backlog grooming
- →Analyze metrics and market data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- →Run experiments and iterate quickly to improve user experience
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product management or comparable experience driving business outcomes
- ✓Experience in a marketplace business, real estate, or similar environment
- ✓Strong command of acquisition funnels and KPIs, with SQL query writing ability
- ✓Ability to translate data into product decisions and strategic recommendations
- ✓Experience scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments
- ✓Proven ability to build alignment across diverse cross-functional teams
- ✓Creative problem-solving capacity
- ✓Experience using modern AI tools for product discovery and analysis
- ✓Results orientation with a high ownership mindset
