About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join PadSplit and help scale our mission of addressing the affordable housing crisis. Reporting to the Director of PeopleOps, this role is key to finding and hiring people who embody our core values and contribute to our diverse and inclusive team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting across all teams including Sales, Product, Growth, Design, Marketing, CX, and Engineering
- →Review resumes and evaluate candidates
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- →Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- →Refine recruiting processes for efficiency
- →Develop training for hiring managers to improve interview quality
- →Promote PadSplit’s culture and values to attract top talent
- →Implement strategies for diverse candidate pipelines
- →Provide transparent communication throughout the hiring process
- →Balance global hiring needs with cultural sensitivity
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment

- ✓Understanding of real estate and technology intersection

- ✓Experience sourcing and hiring for engineering roles
- ✓Experience hiring for sales, marketing, growth, and customer-facing roles
- ✓Organized and data-driven approach to tracking metrics
- ✓Clear and empathetic communication skills
