About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Intelligence Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, creating, and maintaining critical data infrastructure that powers decision-making across the business. You will partner with teammates and leaders to address strategic and tactical performance while developing data pipelines and operationalizing insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement enterprise data pipelines in Python
- →Develop KPIs, create project plans, and implement pipelines using data engineering best practices
- →Monitor pipelines for stability and implement efficiency initiatives
- →Partner with team members, engineering, product, and business leaders to understand user behavior
- →Own projects end-to-end while communicating with stakeholders about milestones
- →Create engineering awareness and drive behavior change in the product organization
- →Use our platform to create data analysis, visualizations, applications, and executive dashboards
- →Articulate feedback from real-world use to improve software offerings
- →Become an expert on foundational data underpinning software development and operations
- →Respond to strategic, tactical, and analytical questions about data and operations
Requirements
- ✓Expertise and experience in Python
- ✓Degree in Data Science, Finance, Math, Engineering, Computer Science or similar quantitative fields
- ✓3+ years of relevant work experience
- ✓Experience with designing, building, and managing data pipelines
- ✓Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve ambiguous issues
- ✓Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work cross-functionally
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in improving data and processes
- ✓Keen interest in learning new tools and approaches
- ✓Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one is desirable
