About the Role
The FP&A Manager is a critical role within the Finance team at Palmetto, supporting the growing Direct-to-Consumer business segment. This individual will own all forecasting and analysis of the P&L and cash flows for the Direct-to-Consumer business segment, serving as a key partner for supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full scope FP&A process for the Direct-to-Consumer business, including annual planning and monthly re-forecast
- →Conduct monthly reviews of Actuals vs Plan and perform cashflow forecasting & analysis
- →Act as a strategic partner to leaders across the Consumer segment, delivering insights that inform decision making
- →Build financial models to support forecasting & scenario analysis
- →Partner with the business to evaluate consumer pricing, customer acquisition costs, and growth initiatives
- →Identify and implement process improvements that streamline reporting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- ✓2-5 years FP&A experience with ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting
- ✓Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- ✓Strong business acumen and analytical skills with understanding of the macroeconomic landscape
- ✓Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
