About the Role

We are looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our team at PandaDoc. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive significant revenue growth within your assigned SMB portfolio by consistently exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets.
→Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption and proactively address their needs.
→Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by consistently delivering value and building strong relationships.
→Conduct regular account health reviews with customers, clearly communicating the value they are receiving.
→Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses to uncover opportunities for our solution.
→Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts to leadership.
→Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene by consistently updating opportunities and account information.
→Serve as a passionate advocate for PandaDoc, demonstrating the product's value to our SMB customers.
→Act as a key conduit for customer feedback, communicating feature requests to our Product team.
→Participate in ongoing enablement and company-provided training to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
