About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to shape PandaDoc's CLM offering from the ground up. This role focuses on creating consumer-grade experiences that make contract management effortless for SMBs while laying the foundation for more sophisticated use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement innovative CLM solutions focused on AI-native interactions and setup-free experiences
- →Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- →Conduct research and data analysis to understand SMB contract management behaviors
- →Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes for AI-powered features
- →Work with product management to test hypotheses around progressive disclosure and sane defaults
- →Partner with Customer Advisory Board members for rapid validation cycles
- →Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product design with complex B2B SaaS workflows
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and ability to simplify complexity
- ✓Experience driving vision in emerging product areas with ambiguous requirements
- ✓Expertise in designing setup-free and progressively disclosed experiences
- ✓Experience with AI-native or conversational interfaces
- ✓Expertise in Figma with strong interaction design and systems thinking skills
- ✓Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Growth mindset with focus on user needs and business outcomes
