About the Role
We are looking for a strategic engineering leader to join PandaDoc and lead the technical direction of our public-facing web properties. This is a full-stack role where marketing strategy meets engineering excellence, focusing on building scalable architecture that supports innovation and high-impact experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect the future of pandadoc.com using Next.js, Vercel, and Contentful
- →Enable high-velocity experimentation through A/B testing frameworks and personalization logic
- →Drive innovation on the web by embedding intelligent experiences
- →Scale our Content Operations by managing and optimizing our Contentful implementation
- →Optimize for Performance & SEO by focusing on Core Web Vitals and page speed
- →Bridge the gap between Marketing and Product Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development
- ✓Deep expertise in the modern React ecosystem: Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- ✓Proven experience scaling Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms
- ✓Expert knowledge of Vercel for deployment, edge functions, and middleware
- ✓Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and Technical SEO
- ✓Experience integrating marketing tools like Google Analytics, Segment, and A/B testing tools
