About the Role
PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Technician to join their growing team. This role is the face of the company to customers, responsible for completing service requests at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware, software, and network issues at customer sites
- →Replace hardware devices and perform preventative maintenance
- →Provide general product support and training to store management and employees
- →Manage company inventory of parts and a company vehicle
- →Work with internal departments to facilitate resolution of customer concerns
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting microprocessor-based equipment
- ✓Ability to apply critical thinking and customer service mindset to make quick decisions
- ✓Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently
- ✓Experience with inventory management
- ✓Ability to train store management and employees on PAR products
- ✓Ability to utilize DOS commands for software reimages and understand PC BIOS configurations
- ✓Understanding of AC power and network cabling
- ✓Clean driver’s license required
- ✓Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs
- ✓Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
