About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join Parabola's team. This role involves working with customers to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and lead team-based user trainings, requirements workshops, and co-building exercises with customers
- →Build, document, and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, training material, and presentations
- →Build and troubleshoot complex Parabola flows, including configuring new API connections (REST & GraphQL), SQL queries, and more
- →Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by assisting with discovery sessions, leading product demos, and building proof of concepts with prospective customers
- →Document and surface feedback from customers to internal product and engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of previous experience working in a customer-facing capacity
- ✓Comfort and familiarity with prompting AI models
- ✓Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and (ideally) APIs
- ✓Expert problem-solving capabilities
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Passion for learning new industries, systems, and workflows
- ✓Based in San Francisco or New York City and comfortable commuting to the office 3-4x a week
