About the Role
The Automation Engineering team at Parabola helps customers unlock maximum value from our workflow automation platform. This role involves collaborating with customers and Account Executives to define success criteria and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and lead team-based user trainings, requirements workshops, and co-building exercises with customers
- →Build, document, and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, training material, and presentations
- →Build and troubleshoot complex Parabola flows, including configuring new API connections (REST & GraphQL) and SQL queries
- →Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by assisting with discovery sessions, leading product demos, and building proof of concepts
- →Document and surface feedback from customers to internal product and engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓4-7 years of previous experience working in a customer-facing capacity
- ✓Comfort and familiarity with prompting AI models
- ✓Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and APIs
- ✓Expert problem-solving capabilities
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Passion for learning new industries, systems, and workflows
- ✓Based in San Francisco and comfortable commuting to the office 3-4x a week
