About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Parachute Health, a company transforming post-acute care through its digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. This role focuses on activating new users and exceeding sales targets while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Activate new users to the Parachute Health platform to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- →Conduct outbound sales motions (calls, emails, demos) to prospective clinicians and users at ambulatory facilities
- →Manage inbound sales motions by responding to and nurturing new potential users
- →Maintain and manage all opportunities via CRM system
- →Demonstrate the Parachute Health platform to prospects and act as a subject matter expert on integration with EMR systems
- →Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture sales opportunities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- →Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- →Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends
- →Analyze sales metrics and performance data to improve strategies
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or similar roles
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- ✓Experience with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- ✓Experience calling into ambulatory environments preferred
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Comfortable adjusting conversations based on audience
- ✓Coachable and open to feedback
- ✓Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- ✓Must reside in the U.S.
