Compliance Manager at Parafin

About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join Parafin, a company dedicated to helping small businesses access financial tools through platforms they already use. This role involves managing critical compliance activities and advising the company on compliance issues related to funding, lending, and card products.

Key Responsibilities

• →Advising business teams on compliance matters for loans, cash advances, and commercial cards
• →Publishing written guidance and thought pieces to help teammates understand relevant subject matter
• →Leading remediation efforts for compliance issues, determining root causes, and developing permanent corrective actions
• →Liaising with marketing teams to ensure communications align with requirements
• →Building, designing, or improving compliance policies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• →Identifying trends and proactively advising on newly identified internal and external risks
• →Partnering with product, finance, marketing, operations, and data teams to build operationally efficient and effective programs
