About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Growth Lead to join Parafin, a company dedicated to helping small businesses access financial tools through platforms they already use. This role involves launching and growing our roster of platform partners, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive outcomes for accounts.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers
→Drive expansion within accounts by increasing loan origination and product expansion
→Drive overall account health, including capital origination performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction
→Monitor KPIs for accounts and conduct preliminary diagnosis on issues that may impact growth
→Support or lead quarterly business reviews and influence partners to prioritize key growth initiatives
→Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role
✓Experience managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product
✓Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams
✓Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and driving account expansion
✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
✓Relentlessly navigate data and people to find answers
✓Driven to help grow small businesses
