About the Role
We are looking for a tenured Product Manager to join our team and work closely with our Co-founder/CTO and Founding PM to build products that redefine the recruiting industry. This role involves collaborating across all company functions to shape and ship products that will influence millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define clear, measurable problems from ambiguous spaces
- →Set a roadmap for a product initiative and own prioritization, support sprint planning, issue triage, and backlog management
- →Drive the launch and ongoing operations of our suite of products while working closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations
- →Conduct rapid experimentation, develop hypotheses, and talk to customers often to iterate on ideas and validate use cases
- →Make data-driven decisions to uncover hidden patterns and answer key product questions
- →Act as the glue for the company by synthesizing diverse feedback from all customers and internal functions to deliver high-quality products
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with a focus on recruiting or similar industries
- ✓Strong ability to define and prioritize product initiatives
