About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new enterprise business in Eastern Europe. You will bring Parloa’s cutting-edge agentic AI solutions to major enterprises, helping them transform and automate their contact and call centers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate pipeline and negotiate complex deals with business leaders, VPs, and C-level executives.
- →Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, and other teams to improve processes.
- →Advise customers on how Parloa and Agentic AI bring ROI to their business.
- →Deliver presentations and lead workshops for customers.
- →Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new logos in Eastern Europe.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS sales in a closing role, focused on Eastern Europe.
- ✓In-depth understanding of industry trends and digital transformation.
- ✓Ability to find customer needs and recognize sales opportunities.
- ✓Great negotiation and presentation skills.
- ✓Native/bilingual English and either Turkish or Polish skills.
- ✓Technical affinity and interest in the Agentic AI industry.
- ✓Optional: Experience selling in CCaaS, AI, or Customer Experience industries.
