This role is crucial to our growth. Weβre looking for a full-cycle recruiter who can attract and close exceptional talent across software engineering, operations, sales, and go-to-market (GTM) functions. From deeply technical AI/robotics roles to revenue-driving and operational leaders, youβll play a critical role in shaping every part of our organization. Working closely with our hiring leaders, youβll support full-cycle recruitment, source high-impact candidates, and strengthen our talent brand in highly competitive markets. Youβll join a collaborative and passionate team thatβs shaping the future of manufacturing through intelligent automation.
What Youβll Do
β’ Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on Software, Robotics, Operations and GTM roles.
β’ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview processes and hiring strategies
β’ Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing leveraging AI tools, LinkedIn, networking, events, and other channels.
β’ Help build and maintain relationships with universities, research labs, and student organizations to support early-career hiring.
β’ Leverage data to drive outcomes. Maintain data accuracy within Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and use metrics to support process improvements.
β’ Represent our mission, values, and culture authentically in every candidate interaction.
Who You Are
β’ Proven success in recruiting for both technical (ideally robotics or manufacturing focuses) and (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) roles.
β’ Experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets where top candidates are not actively looking
β’ Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
β’ Highly organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
β’ A trusted partner to hiring managers, known for clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.
β’ Passionate about building teams that do meaningful, real-world work with AI and robotics.
