Location: Cincinnati Hybrid Schedule Job Summary:   We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. In this role, you will work with data to generate insights, build reports, and support decision-making across the organization.  You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.  What You’ll Do   • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business objectives.  • Assist in automating data workflows and reporting processes.  • Maintain and improve data quality by ensuring accuracy and consistency.  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to drive business decisions.  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and quick turnaround data support to answer urgent business questions with trusted, accurate insights.   • Stay up to date with industry best practices in data analytics.  What We Need   • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related intense quantitative field  • Basic proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.  • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation.  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.  • Familiarity with data modeling, statistical analysis and data visualization  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure)   What You'll Need to Succeed  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.  • A learning mindset with a willingness to develop new skills, explore new tools, and adapt to evolving business needs.  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  • Strong customer service orientation. #LI-ED1 #LI-Hybrid About PatientPoint: PatientPoint® is the Point of Change company, transforming the healthcare experience through the strategic delivery of behavior-changing content at critical moments of care.
