About the Role
Patreon is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate information, and ensuring a smooth interview experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams promptly
- →Be physically present at the office during on-site interviews to provide logistical support
- →Proficiently use our ATS, Ashby, to input and manage candidate information
- →Respond to candidate inquiries and communications within 48 hours
- →Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and interview outcomes
- →Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed
- →Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the interview scheduling process
Requirements
