About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Pattern, a fast-growing company that accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces using proprietary technology and AI. This role involves leading back-end development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI solutions to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, primarily using Node.js and Go
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with product stakeholders and brand management
- →Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of back-end services
- →Own and continually improve the throughput and stability of product delivery and application lifecycle
- →Leverage software to enable workflow automation and AI integration across Pattern
- →Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on back-end development
- ✓Proficiency in Node.js or Go
- ✓Experience with PostgreSQL or a similar database
- ✓Experience with AWS, Terraform/IaC and/or Python
- ✓Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-performance APIs
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS products and experience in fast-paced development environments
- ✓Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
