About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role involves conducting user research and testing through various methods to inform design decisions and create effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct user research and testing through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and shadowing
- →Synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- →Design solutions through iterative feedback processes
- →Create user flows, user journeys, architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally
- →Advocate for user needs and UX principles
- →Mentor and provide feedback to team members
- →Work within the established in-house design system and propose enhancements
- →Communicate problems and solutions effectively
- →Participate in cross-functional design critiques
- →Understand how digital solutions integrate with operational and physical processes
- →Ensure continuity and quality of the product experience
- →Develop an expert understanding of worldwide e-commerce marketplaces and logistics
- →Stay informed on the competitive landscape and apply insights appropriately
Requirements
- ✓Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related field
- ✓Knowledge of UX responsibilities, including user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, UX writing, and iterative design processes
- ✓Proficiency in Figma for developing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- ✓Familiarity with various user research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- ✓Ability to synthesize findings into actionable design insights
- ✓Experience designing for both desktop and mobile interfaces
- ✓Understanding of project management tools to track projects and timelines
- ✓Technical proficiency to utilize and contribute to a design system
- ✓Skilled in designing experiences that integrate with operational and physical processes
