About the Role
We are seeking an Application Security engineer to join our Cyber Team at Payoneer. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining Application Security standards for the WFM organization, aligning them with Payoneer's global policies. You will serve as a technical authority and mentor, ensuring the security of our products and sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage all aspects of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
- →Perform design reviews and threat modeling for product environments and third-party integrations
- →Oversee the implementation and management of security tools and vulnerability management processes
- →Manage the third-party penetration testing program and bug bounty lifecycle
- →Partner with Payoneer's global Application Security and Cyber Operations teams
- →Serve as a technical authority and mentor on application security
- →Lead cybersecurity incident handling in production environments
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in security architecture, software development, or cloud security
- ✓Deep hands-on experience with secure coding, application architecture, security automation, and threat modeling
- ✓Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major public clouds
- ✓In-depth knowledge of OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and industry-standard secure software development frameworks
- ✓Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- ✓Proven ability to interpret and prioritize results from penetration testing and bug bounty programs
- ✓Excellent verbal and written English skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives while providing consistent AppSec support
