About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager within the GTM organization at Payoneer, based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will support customers' onboarding journey and growth, identify key revenue opportunities, and provide optimal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support new SMB customers on their Payoneer onboarding journey
- →Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo to drive KYC approvals
- →Provide phone, email, and WhatsApp support for customer KYC approval
- →Engage with customers, handle objections, and negotiate win-win deals
- →Collaborate with operations teams for scalable email communication
- →Troubleshoot operational and payment issues for new customers
- →Partner with Sales teams to drive new business growth
- →Work closely with e-commerce customers from Amazon, Shopee, eBay, and others
- →Analyze customer trends and user behavior to identify opportunities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new seller acquisition
- →Coordinate and facilitate co-hosted events, workshops, and seminars
- →Share feedback, insights, and ideas in team meetings
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree holder or current bachelor’s degree student
- ✓4+ years of experience engaging with B2B SMB sales/service
- ✓Good sales acumen and ability to multi-task
- ✓Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
- ✓Fluency in English and Urdu
- ✓Good team player and highly self-motivated
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong desire to learn industry best practices
