About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Data Product Manager to join Payoneer’s Data Product Unit. This role involves owning the data product strategy and execution for the Platform Business Applications domain, working closely with Product and Analytic teams to design and deliver data products that enhance data accessibility and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead data products within the Business Applications domain roadmap
- →Partner with Analytics and business stakeholders to define data needs and prioritized use cases
- →Translate business objectives into clear data requirements and technical specifications
- →Design, develop, and maintain scalable data products and models
- →Define behavioral and application events, including schemas and data modeling standards
- →Collaborate with R&D, Data Engineering, and BI to deliver reliable data products
- →Ensure alignment between domain-level data products and core data assets
- →Monitor usage and business impact of delivered data products
- →Contribute to data modernization and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data product management or data-driven product roles
- ✓Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and data pipeline design
- ✓Experience with cloud platforms like BigQuery
- ✓Proven experience in defining behavioral and application events
- ✓Solid business acumen and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
- ✓Experience working with R&D teams to implement tracking and ensure data accuracy
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and practical data analysis
- ✓Experience leading cross-functional delivery squads with Data Engineering and BI
