About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Paytm Money’s Mutual Funds team. This role focuses on creating clear, trustworthy, high-converting experiences for mutual fund investing in India.
Key Responsibilities
- →Simplify investing for first-time users with right cues, education, trust-building, and nudges
- →Improve end-to-end flows from KYC to payments and folio creation
- →Drive conversion metrics like activation, retention, and repeat investment
- →Run experiments with strong hypotheses and clean measurement
- →Build portfolio insights and rebalancing features that are actionable
- →Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Compliance, and Operations
Requirements
- ✓Strong consumer product and conversion mindset with understanding of funnels, comprehension, and growth loops
- ✓Comfort with data, SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
- ✓Strong execution ability to drive outcomes across teams without formal authority
- ✓Ability to simplify complex flows into intuitive and trustworthy UX
- ✓High ownership, speed, clarity, and bias for shipping
- ✓Typically 2–6 years in Product Management with a track record of shipping consumer-facing products
