About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our People Operations team at Pebl. This role involves designing, building, and scaling innovative solutions to enhance people-related data and compensation initiatives across salary, bonus, and equity programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compensation analyses, market benchmarking, reporting, and dashboards
- →Design, build, and maintain compensation datasets and stakeholder-facing tools
- →Optimize compensation structures, pay programs, and reporting workflows
- →Evaluate and recommend compensation and analytical tools
- →Analyze and maintain compensation data using market surveys
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓2-5 years of professional experience in data and compensation analysis
- ✓Experience with HiBob, equity management platforms, ADP integrations, compensation surveys, and advanced Excel
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
