About the Role

We are looking for an Account Director Enterprise Sales to join Pendo, a fast-growing startup focused on improving digital experiences. This role involves strategic sales to large organizations, focusing on digital transformation and category creation.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead cross-functional teams to navigate complex enterprise deals with 6–10+ stakeholders
→Build relationships with C-Suite, IT, and business leaders in organizations with 1500+ employees
→Drive value-based sales cycles focused on digital transformation
→Apply MEDDPICC and Force Management frameworks to ensure forecast accuracy
→Develop and execute 2–3 year account strategies
→Generate high-quality pipeline independently
→Utilize AI tools to enhance sales productivity and customer insights
→Prioritize high-impact activities in ambiguous environments

Requirements

✓Proven success in enterprise software sales to organizations with 1500+ employees
✓Deep experience with MEDDPICC and/or Force Management
✓Ability to generate pipeline independently without over-reliance on partners
✓Experience leading internal deal teams to win large-scale contracts
✓AI proficiency to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement
